On Saturday May 13th we will be holding our annual Skate Camp at the St. Cloud Skate Plaza. Skate Camp is a FREE one day camp for beginner and intermediate skaters of all ages. It is open to both boys and girls.
We will divide the skaters up by age and ability and pair them with a Coach that will help them work on any skating skills they want to improve on. Whether it is your first day on a skateboard or you have been skating for years, we will have coaches that will help you improve your skills and have a great time doing so! Skate Camp is the perfect oppertunity for new skaters to feel comfortable skating the Plaza and to also help break-down the intimidation factor of being a new to skateboarding and the skate life!
Registration for Skate Camp will start at 11am. All participants have to sign a waiver to skate in the camp, if you are under 18 years old you will need to have a parent's signature.
The kids will be skating with their coaches from Noon to 3pm. We will provide FREE lunch for all participants, a FREE Skate Camp T-Shirt, and prizes will be given out throughout the day.
Skate Camp is funded from the proceeds from our Skate Unity Art Auction Fundraiser. This year we raised enough money to be able to do two Skate Camps, so will will also be holding a second Skate Camp on Saturday June 3rd- stay tuned for more details....
